I am a dream hopper and collect my nocturnal experiences akin to DJs who diligently archive their music.

My latest series focuses on these dreams, dreaming people and fable animals who become heroes and heroines on my canvas while – sometimes slowly and quickly – moving through the scenery. In the process, realities, dream sequences, longings, hardships and the very intimate, personal chaos of dreamers areplayfully combined. By means of recombination, the above fragments merge to tell new, surreal tales.

Ich bin eine Traumspringerin und sammle meine nächtlichen Erlebnisse wie DJ`s ihre Musik.

Meine neueste Serie erzählt von diesen Träumen und von realen träumenden Menschen und (Fabel-) Tieren, welche auf meiner Leinwand zu Heldinnen und Helden werden und sich mal langsam und mal schell durch die Szenen bewegen. Hierbei verbinden sich spielerisch Realtäten, Traumsequenzen, Sehnsüchte, Nöte und das ganz persönliche Chaos der Träumenden miteinander. Diese Fragmente würfeln sich neu zusammen und erzählen neue surreal anmutende Geschichten.
